Thomas Cook welcomes those who might require a little extra assistance due to age or disability, and our cabin crew will do all they can to make sure your flight is enjoyable. To ensure all the assistance you require can be arranged, we request that you check with the Airlne before booking your flight. This is because facilities and services vary from country to country and airport to airport.
If you have your own wheelchair, this will be carried free of charge in addition to your normal baggage allowance. Since a wheelchair is carried in the hold and collected in the baggage reclaim area, we advise that it is adequately insured against loss or damage since the airline liability is limited.
If you require support or advice before booking a Thomas Cook Airlines flight, please email the flythomascook team at CUST@thomascook.com
If you require any additional assistance at the airport, during your journey or on arrival, simply call the airline no later than 3 working days before your departure. You can find detailsof how to contact the airline on our help page for special requirements for disabled passengers
Get a 3 course meal and coffee or tea from only £4.00 per adult or £3.00 per child. Check out our flight extras price list for details. It's got to be cheaper than a meal at the airport!
