Visitors who have booked flights to Corfu are usually attracted to the capital, Corfu Town, because this is the centre of most activity, but an alternative is available in the form of the Agiotfest 2010.

The small village Agios Ioannis sits in the middle of Corfu, approximately 5 miles to the west of Corfu Town and has more than a few attractions to tempt people away from the capital. Just outside the olive and orange groves is the island's waterpark Aqualand, which features various swimming pools, slides, a wave pool and other water attractions.
