If you want to set your inner party animal free in Fuerteventura, go to Corralejo, one of the busiest resorts of the island. Corralejo is situated in the north and, like many other resorts, it originally was a small, tranquil fishing village with views from the small harbour across the sea to Lanzarote, the neighbouring island to the north. Having been hurled into the 21st century, it has become a bustling town engulfed by tourism but the main part of the town still has its original houses and winding alleyways.
