Holiday World is a theme park that is popular with both tourists and locals alike. This theme park allows people to enjoy an array of different amusements in the open air. Holiday World theme park is the biggest funfair within the Canary Islands and it is home to a number of different amusements that are breathtaking. The popular rides within this park includes a roller coaster, shooting stalls, dodgems and also a Ferris wheel that is twenty seven meters in height. This park also offers parrot shows and seal shows which are very popular with children. This park is very popular with tourists that make the most of the frequent flights to Gran Canaria.

This park is home to a vast array of attractions alongside the rides and shows. These other attractions include an amusement arcade, a bowling alley and a wellness centre. The wellness centre is home to a range of facilities, which includes a health spa and also a gym which features high tech equipment. There is a range of restaurants and cafes that are located within the park and these provide the ideal place for people to relax and unwind whilst enjoying refreshments and something to eat. There are two nightclubs that are located within this theme park and one of these clubs is themed around salsa.

Due to the vast amount of things that are on offer within this park it is very popular with all ages and the locals enjoy it just as much as the tourists that come from all around the world. If you still have energy after being at this park there is another park nearby which offers a range of facilities including pony riding, karting and also a boating lake.

The funfair section of the Holiday World theme park is open from six at night until midnight from Monday through to Friday and six in the evening to one in the morning on Saturdays and Sundays. The arcade centre, bowling and nightclubs are open from ten in the morning until two in the morning from Monday through to Friday and then at weekends it is open from ten in the morning until three in the morning.
