As a result of the volcanic ash cloud that is still being experienced over UK airspace, we are working closely with National Air Traffic Services and UK airports to understand the position as it develops. The latest information is that UK airspace will not reopen until Saturday the 16th of April, 01.00 am. Holidaymakers should not travel to their UK departure airports at this present time and we will continue to monitor the situation and will update accordingly. We are doing everything we can to assist our customers and further information and updates can be found on our website, www.thomascook.com.
