National Day celebrations is one event that you can look forward to as your flights to Malta lands. Each year the day is celebrated by the Maltese with pride and passion for their country. The celebration of Maltas national day is centered at promoting the culture and history of Malta. As you enter the Malta pavilion, where the grand celebrations are held, you will notice the armor plated soldiers of Malta parading across the ground. The National Day celebrations of Malta were held on May 14 at the Shanghai World Expo. The celebration began at the Pavilion and continued with other events to display the rich heritage of the country.
