An audience in Larnaca, Cyprus, will be treated to a priceless performance when the wonderful voice of Alkistis Protopsalti and the virtuous hands of Stefanos Korkolis come together in a recital full of melodies from traditional and modern songs.
On 13th July at the Larnaca Patticheion Municipal Amphitheatre, the duo will perform an outdoor concert. What makes this event unique is that Protopsalti and Korkolis invite the audience to sing with them and experience the magic of music from within. For those who know their music, this concert is a special occasion and tickets are bound to be in great demand.
Stefanos Korkolis was born in Athens and grew up in Patissia. He is famous for his achievements as both a pianist and composer. Alkistis Protopsalti was born in Alexandria, Egypt, but both her parents are Greek and they were forced to return to Greece in 1962 due to political changes.
The amphitheatre venue in Larnaca is in constant use throughout the summer for all kinds of events including classical, popular music, ballet and theatrical performances.
